Description
Student attitudes play a huge part in learning and success and, unfortunately, our students often come to us with negative attitudes toward math. Current brain research emphasizes the importance of having a growth mindset and understanding that failures and struggle help grow our brains. Use this simple 15-question math survey to measure your students’ attitudes and beliefs toward math at both the beginning and end of the school year. The “scoring guide” lets you collect and compare data from the pre- and post-surveys.
Administer orally for younger students. For your older kiddos, use either the print or digital version for use with Google Forms™.
